Maintenance and Repair

The Company provides annual conditioning during scheduled working hours as required, including cleaning and inspection of the furnace, flue pipe and burners, and adjustment of the burners.

The Company provides emergency service for no heat, leaks and fumes due to failure of parts, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

TSSA Certification

TSSA Certification is available on all heating and cooling equipment.

Maintenance Contracts

Emergency Service:

The Company shall provide emergency service for no heat, oil leaks and fumes due to failure of parts covered under this Plan, 24 hours a day and seven days a week at NO CHARGE to the Customer for labour associated with parts covered under this Plan.

General Service:

The Company shall provide general service during normal business hours from 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday to Friday, for non emergency repairs or maintenance if customers furnace or its controls fail to function properly.
